Your New Vice President Bill Cupp
I want to thank the officers of the GLC for allowing me the opportunity to serve the remainder of the time allotted as Vice President of the GLC.
I am a member of both the GLC and the LCS and cannot find a conflict, as my main responsibility will be to build and maintain an Internet site that will offer Lotologist around the world a place where everything needed is literally " at their finger tips".
I feel that I should pledge a couple of things as well as make my feelings perfectly clear.
1---My priority is " keeping the ones we have" through a strong united club that offers the members what they need, which includes "camaraderie". The membership, for both clubs, will follow through natural selection.
It is my belief that you cannot elevate yourself by lowering those around you.
2--- I am absolutely in favor of a day

when the two clubs can combine as one, all the while knowing that it cannot happen without the compatibility of the officers and members of both clubs. This would require open communications for an extended period of time. But it can be done.
In the mean time, there is room for both.
So lets enjoy Lotology! Cuppie.
